PROJECT ORGANISATIONBishman uses the project team approach on all major assignments, and selects key personnel to provide a support function to the project. This team, comprised of highly experienced and skilled construction management staff. Purchasing and construction personnel, are responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring their areas of responsibility through the contract on-site project manager and his team. This includes design checking, planning and programming, labour resource control, quality control checking and commissioning. PROJECT MANAGEMENTFrom the project's inception, the Contracts Manager, with the various members of the Project Team, assist with formulating the overall planning, co-ordination, control and execution of the project.
